NTA 70 sen. A Perak Govt company. Only sell lands for profit for company to remain viable. Need thinking Management to grow company. With solid land assets , company will not go bankrupt. Counter for long term investors- however can reap good gains when burst upward - then seize opportunity to harvest - price cannot sustain - due to 'push n dump.' Fair price - 50 sen . Still got space to uptrend. Any takers?

Based on 31.12.13 report, the company is still profitable and has no borrowing. The nta is 0.1368 sen. The share is now 0.105 sen. The business is sustainable otherwise the regulating authorities would have not approved the issuing of additional shares @ 0.10 sen. Believe this counter has potential to scale new heights. After all, it has its run up before. History should repeat. Playing contra may not be feasible due to time factor especially if you are an individual investor/trader. Best to buy and wait and follow the wind to gain profit.

With a nta of rm 4.07 and a dividend yield of 4.5% p a , this solid counter don't move but when market is moving it did move up then come down again. This trend offer opportunity for safe dividend and capital gain (if not greedy). The downside is limited. Can be considered a safe haven to park your capital when you have exhaust your avenue to invest.
