SJSOON, I am not looking at short term but a longer term. I see this company has a lot of potential alike gamuda, kerjaya, ijm types. This is a business that to be sustained for a long term. Land bank is good what’s more these land bank are sited in a good area of iskandar Malaysia. I strongly see the huge potential for the company to release more value of these landbanks in the next 10 years, could be three digits psf. God bless for the long term holders.
