Fintec RI at 8 sen open to all retailers not unlike AT PP only to big kakis at discount.

AT PP(only big investors can buy not retailers) most of the time not as worse cheaper Fintec RI only 8 sen?

If buy cheaper AT KYY no hope, why not aim Fintec as 25% AT owner?

oskchoon KYY is right on the facts but he forget one thing, AT raised funds to do glove business, if everything worked out as planned, then it is still the cheapest glove producing company in Bursa with price now at RM 0.20, so the price can go up a lot..
Secondly KYY is a fox, when he saw the AT price dropped from 0.30 till 0.15 and now rebound back to 0.20, he was surprised and angry because he thought he can buy at very cheap prices like 3 sens to perhaps 7 sens, he was furious and hopefully this article will bring down AT share price to the level that he desired...

Reap88 Sad NsK has moved on from VC & is now a substantial shareholder in another KLSE company . Doubt will come back to VC. May have even sold his 5M VC. Changes in shareholding of 5M not required to report to Bursa. Instead of welcoming NSK and invite him to be a board member to tap on his expertise, sadly VC BOD considered him as hostile.

KYY saw AT factory why not ask to take up Fintec RI if nobody want?

Seen this just in Vivocom.

They want to create fear to let weak holders sell them cheap?

chankyew50 In addition to what I have posted at 10:15, at the tentative new conversion price of 11 sens (wait for official announcement) one can either exchange 1xPA(8 sens) + 3 sens for 1xFintec or can exchange 11/8=1.375 PA for 1 Fintec share (instead of the current 2 PA for 1 Fintec). Rightfully the company should announce the new conversion price for both Fintec-PA and Fintec-WB on 24 November, the Ex-date for Fintec to the Right entitlement.
