Finally, Masteel proved its high profits in previous 2 quarters was purely wind fall money due to surge of steel price, nothing has changed in business, still struggle like hell.

stockmanmy CB is principally a steel trader, more than 50% of revenue....it buys and sells....the other core business of CB is manufacturing of pipes...it buys the steel from CSC/ Megasteel....CB is just a margin taker.

Fed rate hike is for US, not for Malaysia, Flintstones. Furthermore, the profit rate has already been regulated & is not tied to the changes of Fed rate.

All big funds will know all these accounting treatments, that's why they know better what can be expected. Elsewhere, many ikan bilis who always ask for bonus or always shouted sell will not know all these technical stuff.

Where has the money gone after receiving drawdown from sukuk & borrowings?

Read carefully in last 3 years' annual reports on the actual borrowing cost when they have 1.7b islamic term notes. Borrowing costs didn't go up much because interest was capitalised in construction cost of Duke 2. It will happen in SPE, not much borrowing costs will be seen.

Calvin like to make space between lines & talk other things when commenting. You know why, it's tactics to make page long so people may overlook those negative comments. But sad to say, I have not seen any comment from other members ever talk good about this joker, he always dreamed he is greatest sifu in i3. Pity this crazy guy.
