This counter has dropped for 11 trading days out of 14 trading days since the released of its Q1 results and with BREXIT around the corner, with 8 more trading days, it could drop for another 7 days and with just a mere 0.03 drop for every trading day, it could drop for another 21sen. If Brexit really happen, easily can fall below RM2. That's y I m cutting loss now even though it's a heavy loss. You just cant beat the trend. Accept it and preserve some capitals.

As for call warrants, if you ride on the right uptrend, you gonna profit, else will burn. That's my personal experiences. This round, I rode on a downtrend and it's a very bad downtrend. RM2 for Supermax for the next 10 days is possible.

With the current PHB standing, even with cash dividend, it won't stop the downtrend. Only with Share Buy Back, the company can defend the share price by using the company cash. But this is very bad as their debts are huge and instead of par down the debts, they used it to do Share Buy Back. There could be better way to spend the cash i.e. expanding business or par down the debts to save on interests.

So, is PHB a company to do business or a company to do shares trading? I think PHB has fallen into a quick sand and it has let go the only rope that could save it. It's a sinking boat. Forget bout PHB. It caught itself into a real big mess and the directors are yet to admit it and still believe in their 10 years ago success and strategies. Eventually PHB could ends up like Kodak and Nokia.

In contrast, cash dividend only serve to reward all the shareholders but not supporting the counter price and may trigger pledged securities forced sell by investment banks after the ex date of the dividend. Hence, for personal/owner interest (not the company interest or shareholders interest), it makes more financial sense to give shares dividend.

By giving shares dividend, they can use the company's money to support the share price. The reason to support share price is to prevent pledge securities being forced sell by those investment banks. This could be a selfish approach to protect someone significant in the company i.e. directors, big shareholders's holding from being being forced sell by the investment banks.

It s no longer normal for the trend now in Supermax. From the high of 3.56 to 2.26, it has dropped for 36%. Unless there is an economy downturn in this sector just like how O&G, this shouldn't happen. Something is brewing but no one knows what. Supermax price isnt reflecting the appreciation of USD due to weak Q1 results. The sinking in of the negatively isnt done yet. Today is only T+3 from last Friday. Think the price catch up will only begin on Friday when all the speculators have finished selling off their shares.

BWC: actually it's not down for yoy. Just that they paid 9.75 mil more for tax during this quarter. If factored out tax, PBT is actually higher by 5.25 mil yoy.

unfortunately most retail investors dont see that way. They only know it made a 7.7 million loss.

No volumes meaning no big funds in it. Hence, the current trading were mostly done by retail investors. The trading range won't exceed 0.05 sen (2.58 - 2.68) based on yesterday closing at 2.63 if there is no big funds coming in. I still believe that the results going to be neutral.

When the counter price was at 0.90++ and they exercise ESOS around 0.88 is still ok. But now the exercised it when the price is at 1.06. That's a massive 20% discount. They can just sell it in a day and made a handsome gain!
