Meanwhile, Dpharma n Pharma are just distributor appointed by KJ (hopefully no U-turn say need open tender like 5G story months ago). Yes agreed will be higher than 2.80 but will not reach TG or supermx. Middleman business margin is very thin only. Not to mention....."need to go through government", dunno how much more margin need to pay undertable (PS: business geo is as big as Malaysia only).

This will only be shoot up once and stagnant. Because vaccine is 1 time off business. You dont need to keep taking vaccine. But dont worry, pharmaceutical wont die because their main business is sell medicine. If vaccine news is up, the one that is undervalue most to enter is oil & gas counter. Because once economy is back to normal, the consumption will increase. You dont need to take vaccine every week but you need to pump petrol every week. The rest will be history together with glove counters until next pandemic....

Cannot compare to pharma & Dpharma investors, because they dont understand the different between producer and middleman business. Besides, they think people need to inject vaccine every week or every year...in fact you only need 1 time injection. There is no continuous business. Once covid 19 is purged, the excessive vaccine will become a waste. However, I did not say that Dpharma & Pharma wont make profit (assuming KJ confirm both of them the sole distributor), it just that the profit will be very thin. Not worth it. And the best cheese out of it is.....there is no fundamental announcement of how much vaccine MOH needed, how much to be sold, when to get it, and how the distribution between these 2 companies work. Basically, they just goreng based purely on sentimental by ignoring the fundamental. So pure gambling is high risk high return and also high level of tears. For now is tears as per today. Who knows tomorrow announcement Dpharma Pharma JV to start clinical trial on vaccine right? But again, vaccine business, the first few companies that succeeded will monopolise the world market...while those slow 1, very likely dont have much cake left. In the race, my bet is on Inovice and Moderna because i dont trust China vaccine because they dont follow world CRM SOP. So, why invest Pharma & Dpharma when you can invest in Inovice and Moderna, the producer?? Like I say, vaccine is a 1 time off business....until the next virus pandemic happen again....not much of business.

As for this counter....supplementary business is a continuous consumption business. Have you seen people take 1 time supplement and thats it? nope, you continue to take it. It is a continuous business. Moreover, a confirm deal with 5 years stable income. So, why so hard to choose what to invest? my half cents opinion.

I am not saying I wont be taking vaccine. I will be taking a vaccine since I am a frequent traveller but the calculation based on population for earning is way off. Is 30millions population have the privilege to travel overseas? Do you need to keep taking vaccine every time before boarding? These are questions you need to think about it. So as long there is no wave 2 in Malaysia (hopefully), vaccine is very likely only impose to travellers like any others vaccine available. Besides, can name me 1 company act as middleman, have a tremendous earning? Please do enlighten me on this. If Dpharma or Pharma is vaccine producers be it at any clinical trials stage carrying Malaysia flags, I will all in here. Otherwise, middleman....can change anytime according to their relationship with government or MOH. If act as middleman also can have big earning, you wont be seeing developers counter in bursa, rather property agency on bursa. Got it?

2)It is not a compulsory to take a vaccine. However, it will be likely be made mandatory for travellers in and out of country. There are multiple vaccines around the world for its specific virus, but do you take all of the vaccine? Nope, you dont. 3)Currently China is leading the speed for Vaccines (CanSinoBio), which is share by investor_AA. But only US government is implementing Operation Warp Speed due to its seriousness there. Malaysia might end up as a very small market population for vaccine, which is, frequent travellers only.

There is no right or wrong in share market but only profit or lose. However, do analyse further the positioning of this company and Pharma in long run. You need to check with CRM (clinical research malaysia) about the timeline from clinical research trial stage 3 to approval and until the mass production of vaccine to public users.....it wont be like cooking at home, get a recipe, buy ingredient, and start cooking. Once you understand the timeline and how far we are from getting a vaccine at nearby hospital...glove will remain as high demand for at least next 4Q. I am talking about Q4 2021 to even see a vaccine available at nearby hospital. On CRM website, you can find the whole phase of clinical trials until auditing before approval part (thats usually took 1 yr for a medicine/antidote depending on the complication of the virus, and hope, covid didnt mutate). Then you will know glove will remain in high demand.

The huge demand is probably due to stockpiling but not consumption although consumption may increase. Once vaccine is approved, they will stop stockpiling and the demand will drop sharply, end up with at least one or two years low demand, force reduced production. The PE will shoot up to >200. For now, may be still have few months for you to play for few ringgit earn, but once the music stop, with the current price, at least can spend you 10years time with nothing.
