Based on current earnings and the PE of 15x the curent price seems like its already cloaed to its 15x of RM5.25. However, of we add in cash per share basis that will bring its valuation to over RM7/share. Its a decision to wait or cash out ard 5 or wait til 7…tough choice when greeds overtake. 😅.
