During the bird flu outbreak in Sabah, Lay Hong Bhd did not make any material disclosures to Bursa.

They remain silent and all hell break lose yesterday when they announced they had impairment on this birds in Tamparuli Sabah.

Was this material disclosure required during the outbreak at that point in time?
