ENOVIX share price has dropped from its peak USD21.00 (Jul'23) to USD6.20 (Apr'24).
As an outsider, this really make me feel worry whether this battery company is going to success or failed.
Anyone here that have more information about ENOVIX or YBS can share here?

I am not good at Technical Analysis, so I am not sure whether it will go down to 25sen.
But I am a fundamental guy.. I see value in TDM, and its value compare to its share price now, TDM is a very good buy. As a fundamental guy, I notice that for the past 3 months, more n more hidden gem with good fundamental have been buy up, and their share price never come down after go up.
With less and lesser good fundamental stock with low share price, I believe TDM will be in the radar for many investor, and its share price should be continue to go up.

Court case settled. Win win situation.

The buyer agreed to let MBL forfeited RM10mil deposit, and MBL shall payback the balance of RM13.9mil to the buyer.

If assumed this disposal was not recognized before, so now this RM10mil forfeited will be recognized as "other income / one-off gain" in the next QR.

The Board of Directors of MBL wishes to announce that both Plaintiff and Defendant have entered into a Settlement Agreement on 8 April 2024 to reach a full and final settlement of the Civil Suit between parties and the Share Sale Agreement dated 1 April 2021 between parties subject to the recording of a Consent Order/Judgment before the High Court, whereby RM13,900,000.00 is to be refunded to the Plaintiff and the balance of RM10,000,000.00 is to be retained by the Defendant as liquidated assessed damages, wherein the full terms and conditions are contained in the Settlement Agreement.

More n more hot money have been withdrawal from US market and all these money is coming to Asia.
Today you may feel disappoint when you see the share price drop, but in long term you will regret why you didn't accumulate more at this stage.

TDM Bhd embarks on its five-year plan to become one of the top 100 companies listed on Bursa Malaysia, it intends to invest up to RM1 billion to expand its plantation and healthcare businesses.

NTA will be RM2.40 after the disposal of land.
Actually RM28mil for this land is below market price, with the same size of land at that industry area, market price should at least worth RM40-50mil. However, after I have visit to the land, I saw that the land is very near to river, and big portion of the land is undevelop. It mean, if buyer want to build factory / warehouse on the land, many earthwork need to be done, coz need a lot of cost to fill up the soil (minimum 3 feet), and the risk is also very high, coz too near to river, you donno when will floor, so maybe 1/4 of the land is not useable, coz they must maintain a distance of 25feet or 30 feet from the river.
Conclusion, although 28mil is very low price, but no choice coz the land have its own problem.

Take some profit (sold 1/3) this morning and switch to Cabnet.
Still thinking that Cabnet is too undervalue and can shoot up anytime.

Hi Author, can you find out why until now we cannot see any profit from disposal of Pavilion reflected in Malton QR.

Brother Calvin, Dutaland has sold majority of its plantation estate to BPLANT in Year 2018.
So technically, Dutaland now is no longer a plantation counter, as its FFB output is only 200-300 tonnes per month.

Based on 5 years chart, MBL highest price is around 80sen.
Now is 45sen, still got 75% upside.
Just hope MBL willing to give more dividend to its shareholder.
If MBL can give 3 sen dividend per annum, then MBL share price will shoot up to 80sen

Great, closed at 30sen.
Now market cap only 54mil.
Even reach 40sen, market cap only 72mil.
Hope can reach RM100mil market cap.

This counter is strongly undervalue.
Now is at consolidation period... Once the weaker is out, it will be push back to 40sen.
The asset (Factory & Land) is worth few times above its market cap.

Look at 3 years chart, DANCO has been dropped from 65sen (Feb 2021) to 35sen (Oct 2022), and now it was sideway around 42-45sen.
For the past 3 years, DANCO has proof that it able to generate a stable net profit, and it was also generous in paying dividend.
With the recovery demand for its metal Stamping Segment, and booming of its E&E segment (JusEV), Danco performance in Year 2024 will be improve compare to 2023, and high changes we can see Danco share price moving toward 60sen.
As Danco have relatively low market cap, so I believe it share price can be easily push up to 60sen level, as long as there are some institution player start to invest into it. A small amount of fresh fund of RM5-10mil (or 10-20mil share) can easily push the share price up by 30% from current level. And I am waiting for those big player to start their engine (and I know there are few big group of investors is putting Danco in their watching list... hehe)
