On Cambodia, yap, this is a special country which must be visited, even though more than 80% of her population is living below poverty line. It is a "old" country full of history and traces of civil wars still can be sighted everywhere. I was there with Muhibah Bhd 9 years ago as Project Consultant for their infrastructures like airport, highways and water treatment plants. Then the lands near Phnom Pheng downtown was @ USD2.00 Per Sq Meter, and the shop lots was near USD 60K., And today the lands cost has appreciated up to USD500 /m2, and the shop lot is over
USD 2 millions. We have invested on some lands and shop lots then with the 100% loan facilities offered by the Public bank which was newly set up locally with a first Foreign banking permit.
We have disposed some of our investments there and we set up 2 small schools for the under privileged in downtown Phnom Pheng and a Orphanage home......,

I base 60% of my prediction using TA , On FA, judging from the various Sumatec PP and my own valuations on their proposed Borneo Oil assets, 0.30000 is my fair value for this "Goreng" stock which is banned from our Fund's porfolio for the time being....... I grade this stock the same status as KNM which is a highly speculative stock... , but then KNM is still has a NTA near 0.4000....., what is the NTA of Sumatec ??

Now in the Alps's Tops for our vocation.. Lots of cuddling and kisses but strictly no "S " lor....only my hands are too naughty ....
My babe just cannot comprehend how I can resist the temptation of a hot baby with the body Frame and looks of Sarah or Beyonce confined in the same room...
But then , just pondering over this... a baby who dares to travel over 15 hours of flight to tender and risk herself into the unknown, and worst of all, removing All her mask and self esteem/ego, ....... , she wins my highest respect and affection........

We will en-route to Cambodia prior to returning to Malaysia next upcoming Weekend to meet "Our" children of over 260 being housed in a orphanage Home set up there by me over 6 years ago........

I am deeply saddened by the loss of MH17 over Ukraine hours ago....., i am lost for words...

And I have another greatest shock in my life, my lady is the first one to call me hardly 30 MINUTES after the missing of the MH17 , and Now she has just messaged me (1 hr ago)that she is on board an airliner to look for me here ..... I have lost my complete balancing of my mindset now.

I have decided to wait for her in the airport and then we will have a long serious interviewing sessions prior to conclude my next course of actions...either coming back to KL in next available flight or continue my schedules over here.......

I have told my fair lady to stop giving me any more gift which will be rejected outright.

I am sad that you may opt out Trading near terms , as I still think that monies earned can be chanelled to the needy anytime. you may want to be a relaxed investor who selects stocks like Inari, Insas, N2N, Fronkln, L&G, Salcon , Keladi, ............., believe me, I bought them at a price which are unbelievable, and I am still holding firm most of them.
Traders are special animals who Buys and sells on high volume with quick fingers, as such I suggest that you become a longer term investors instead who will be less stressed.

My mission in Germany will be completed by tomorrow after meeting another Pro Commodity trader. We have added some renowned traders and philanthropist in our group.

I will go to the Alps within Germany for a short vocation thereafter, ..... and now I have another lady's image loaded in my brain.... ,and dream too,......

Even though i don't have one, but I still consider myself to be the luckiest one who had to work part time since 12 year's old after schooling hours. Thereafter, I worked for 2 years in Singapore after completing my UEC (Chinese Independent School Upper Level),...then Enrolling in NUS Engineering Faculty with partial scholarship/Grants and Giving sessions of Tuition classes to finally complete my BE there.

After that, 3 year further studies in UK specializing in Structural design in a Earthquake prone environment, following by 3 year consultancy services in UK/ USA.

connie , as i hv posted here last few days ago, Bursa counters are full of punters and speculators in a manipulated market mah...., For Sumatec, i have bought in before closing yesterday after the News that Najib's brother is appointed as a director of Sumatec lor...... see today it is "goreng" / "hANTAM"UP TO above 6 cents lor...

Sumatec is a speculative stock and its fundamentals are yet to be ascertained lor.... there will be many frying prior to the removal of its PN17 status, expected by end of this year ..

We must be careful when applying EW to Bursa speculated stocks such as Sumatec mah.....

Below is my Stock picks:-

1) Insas, Bullish breakout , breached trendline resistance near 1.25-1.270 , Bullish waves is now heading towards 1.400-1.5000 and beyond

2) Hovid, Bullish breakout , breached trendline reistance near 0.4100, now heading above 0.5000 if 0.4200 can be taken out with highervolume

3) Frontkn, Good potential mini blue chips in the making, 0.145 resistance must be taken out for TP near 0.25000 near term, bULLISH TREND IS STILL INTACT

4)OSK , bullish breakout , waves heading beyond 2.5000, 3.0000 TP. Today News on the Merging of CIMB, RHB, MBSB augers well for the breakout. Valuation on OSK's 9.5% share holding in RHB after Sales of OSK security group to RHB will further confirm its uptrend.

5) Inari, growth stock in line with the rightS issuing exercises, a TP near 4.000-4.5000 before the EX date CAN BE EXPECTED AS ITS BULLISH WAVE IS STILL INTACT.

I will avoid Sumatec as it is on down trending waves, looking at 0.2900-, 0.2600 for supports. The appointment of any Najib sons/brother to its Board will not alter the sentiments,IMO.

For EAH, the up side is limited as its business is rather small scale, the TP may be near 0.1300-0.1500 max only, IMO.
