One saying is that, China aims to reduce steel production while India cuts production due to oxygen supply heavily used in the icu.

But how can steel demand be reduced if recovery continues? This should be good news to Malaysian steel companies.

@gcke Personally, I own both in the 60:40 proportion now, 60 being pbb of course. Share value appreciation is more prominent than a higher dividend yield over time.

Maybank gives higher dividend yield but lower share value appreciation.

Public gives lower dividend yield but higher share value appreciation.

Still it was a 4.33%.

In my case, the previous payout was 4.5%. And that's just 1 payout alone. In August there will be another one, but slightly lower, in my belief.

@Fong Kh The yield depends on your cost. The lower the cost the higher the yield. Usually it is 3-4% per dividend payout.

OTB has included Pensonic in his next week stock to buy with TP RM1.50. You may need to hold the stock to end of July or earlier when the Q4 result come out in late July and Mr Market will recognise. Good result by Khind and Fiamma quarterly result coming out in late May could also have a positive impact. Just buy and be patient with it.
