seasonal result on q2... although expect 2 or 3 cts EPS.. it still good results anyway, considering their have green project and been shortlisted for some project overseas.. Hopefully move further up tomorrow.. Annualized EPS is 13.58 with PE 7 - is 0.95c

I think vol should be quite high when its break its breakout point.. just for double confirmation of real breakout

@saschl, I'm a bit agree with you.. It seems inconsistent to hear that they announce private placement in just no more than 1 week after they gather the analyst and comment on gearing issue. I'm also curious on this part, as well on the third quarter that fall below expectations.. even though the private placement was for 35% bumiputera plc, but I hope I could get an further explanation on this.
however,
I'm still confident with the earnings that will come from the recent major project.
And keep in Mind, project that win by MRCB, and MRCB Management are highly linked with Govt. Which I think bumiputera status will be a strategic status for MRCB to win more project. LRT 3 PDP was a example.
I hope someone that know more can share here..

No point arguing here about debt as general or in pessimistic view. Everyone has their own view and again it all depends on the MRCB management. If you don't own this shares, you don't need to put much effort and energy to argue in here about your view. And if you have good intention, Please recommend better shares which you think can far outperform MRCB, and lets focus on the figure and business.

@antidebt, I'm not really newbie here, but no so much experienced as well. but I took the perspective as a shareholder and as a businessman.

Yes debt is bad (only if not managed well)...however if you have 10K debt and you can make a profit margin 10%/year out of it... means you already profit 1K, and assume the interest is 7% pa. you still have profit rm300.

You can refer to Hevea, how the debt create the growth and bring great return >200% to shareholders in short period of time.
But if the debt not well managed and not bring return, it will bring calamity in just short period time as well.

It just like you use margin financing or playing contra.

@Anti_debt, you quite persistent in emphasizing MRCB Debt.
For me Debt and high gearing is bad, however is again depends on how MRCB restructuring the debt and how it advantage from the debt. Debt is for business growth, with MRCB that keep securing a good contract with high return, I believe the debt would mean a growth.

@zalam, that based on what i interpret from the chart.. Nothing wrong with LCTH fundamentally.

LCTH has break the doji in weekly chart. I think it will take few weeks for consolidation before boost to 0.8.
