MBSB purposely hold the price at this level to attract ex shareholder to subscribe their DRP. I believe most of the shareholder will subscribe the DRP at of this price level.

I believe there willbe another round of sell down after DRP. Check back last year transaction history, after DRP the share price all the way go down from 1.15 to 90sen. Last year DRP issue price is 1.02.

I believe history will repeat again. I don't see any good postive news will further boost the price go higher.

The best QR MBSB announced pass 2 years was 12.4 millions, which is equal to eps of 2.09. Fair value for small cap banking equal to pe x10 is 80sen. As of this level, the bank still overvalue.
