　億豐控股總執行長鄭博毅通過文告指出，上述兩項房產項目料在今年中開始動工。

　“這些房產項目預計可加強億豐置地未來可預見淨利，並且也是公司多樣化業務、進軍房產領域的里程碑。”

he Company has, on 09 February 2015 received the notifications from 2 Directors of TEK SENG that they intend to deal in the securities of TEK SENG between 11 February 2015 up to 13 February 2015 during TEK SENG’s closed period. The details of their respective shareholdings are set out in below.


Today is the last day for them to play this stupid game.

If you buy and convert the warrant to mother share, you will gain 4.5% and the company will get RM0.25/share converted as the fund for production line expansion. Instead of push up mother, they choose to push down the warrant.

These few directors has destroyed the company reputation, not ethical at all. The management can not be trusted anymore, it suppose to be bonus for small share holders but they disappointed all. Abandon this company, rubbish management team.

What is it indicating? Any one have such experience?

Why not start from today? Why could sell at 0.665 but keep throwing at 0.660? Why block the price now?
