To see whether EPF is really buying or selling, it takes a pain staking process, ie,
From day they announced re-emergence as substantial shareholder, have 2 trace each transaction to individual account.
Very likely EPF has been selling old holding so that they can book in profit.
They buy using new accounts to take is as new investment.
Quite sure this is the modus operandi.
No sure anyone is free enough to track this.

Now got interim dividend.
