Just gone thro' 2016 report one more round, very good figures, to quote: Non-current Asset/Liabilities 683mil/211mil; Current Asset/Liabilities 1.215bil/0.33bil; Retain reserve 559.54mil. I think really good counter for take over target. Good pointers from good sifu, pointers for my own record purposes only i.e.
- Buy only when they are selling cheap. Buy more in times of bad market sentiments or when the stocks were sold down excessively.
BLee - Every sell down got a reason, if panic sell down not related to stock, then ok.

- Preferably not to chase bullish stocks. Let winners run
BLee - totally agreed.

- Hold intermediate to long term, only consider to sell portions or all when share price rising too fast, approaching or reaching target price, or there is change of fundamentals.

- Money use for stock investment is not or any near future commitments do help.
BLee - Very difficult, risk management in-play, trying very hard for rotation play, i.e. no sell no buy..

@SenSeng Loh good observation. Sooner or later, the bloated NTA will bloop i.e. target take-over, bonus issue, etc. Need to be patient..Recently, a lot of forum discussion on FA, TA, whateverA; I think Insas is a good case studies.

Thanks for answering. I do not view SKIN as financial asset as B.O.T. concept carries risk of changing technology and software/hardware update unlike physical assets which can consider 'new' after completion in 3 years time. Just my view..Thanks again.

Very informative. I think can be enhanced if consider depreciation of hardware and licensing for software as life circle for both roughly also 3 years. Another consideration is the support cost for the next 12 years. My 2 sen worth as I am not an IT expert.

Strongly agreed on item 2 for way forward for i3. All three have pro and con on FA, TA and CA ( Current Analysis, which I like to promote. Example: Brexit, Trump effect, IoT, eFTZ, currency war, commodity price, etc..)

For export stock, raw material must be local, not buy usd and sell usd..

FA and TA are all historic analysis. I think we need 'CA' Current/Constructive Analysis. I am doing that for Pmetal. I think I can get a good price after 'ex' price as it will be more share floating around, especially warrant c as too many given 'free'. My 2 cents. A good company is like running a Marathon, we need to look at long term and sustainability. At present, Pmetal is such a company unless some good competitor come along.

Uncle Calvin, noted on your good intention. Maybe you can give some advise on Pmetal. I have being in and out Pmetal few times and made good profit. Out now totally and intention to be in again after bonus and split. Finally I sold off all my holding with a handsome profit including "free" warrant. Agreed with this article, the warrant is "free" only you sell and make the profit. This is not an advise to sell Pmetal as it has great potential..

NTA, not so much in fixed assets, but in (T) tangible assets. A lot of property counters not having land re-valued, not overvalued. It can be tangible if develop and sold off at high premium. Another case is receivable which can turn into bad debts, it can greatly change the high NTA. So in my humble opinion, believed in high NTA, but checked any tangible assets which can turn negative easily.

I'm waiting some one to ask this question. It is general knowledge warrant not entitle for bonus, share split, dividend, voting rights, etc depending on deed poll..Most deed polls will have complicating convertion formula for such situation. Really need an expert to understand which I am not. Just my 3 cents worth..

NEWCO usually temporary name for company do restructuring and merger. It will rename to new identity for PMETAL Holding. Other details still unknown, wait for announcement..

I think need understand which part of business in Newco?
