There are still many railways projects in pipeline eg LRT3, HSR, ECRL. Govn doesn't lose awarding projects to WCT because GLCs' like EPF, KWAP, Tabung Haji and PNB own over 30% WCT.

With Tan Sri Desmond Lim at helm WCT also future superpower in mall like his Pavilion.

As long BN still in power they should decide what is best for GLCs'.

Strong USD will mean more translation gain for SKP if oil remain above USD 43.

No immediate impact from RHB recommendation unlike last week Cold Eye's. Weak RM should also benefit UEM S Canadian property beside Australian property.

Some sifus portfolio start with RM 100 K. But need more money to push up their shares. That's why you see they cannot buy many stocks bec more money is needed to push up their own stocks. So their so=call high return is misleading because if you buy RM 100K at RM 1 and keep buying at higher price your return is not same like those only buy at RM 1.

moneySIFU different sifus has different ways of buying shares. If you look at VenFx he like to sailang few ctrs. I think you also the same. But myself I buy many ctrs with minimum bet around RM 8000(bec my minimum brokerage RM8). But I always have some cash so that can take advantage during market downturn like nowadays.

Recent rise due to EPF buying. They again buy today?

EPF already bought at higher price. Sure will buy more when drop.

Pesona already proven this year securing RM 1 billion projects. At 50 sen very cheap compare to Gadang, G Kent, Nitra, Kerjaya, etc.
