If WCT cannot go up Desmond Lim lose 65 sen today. So is he bad business man?

WCT expertise is in construction but not in managing mall like Pav Reit. So a good marriage?

Possibly good news from China.

WCT still got landbanks which can later develop into malls as well.

martinbartesque I don't think WCT can inject assets into the Pavillion reits. Pavillion & WCT are two different company. Desmond TS owns only 19.665% on WCT, not 100%
