At AGM the director said they are not aware and not their responsibility for disclosure. Even Bursa also no reply my mail. Lim NK. This Macquarie Bank bought 500 Million shares is almost 17.85% of the company. Why it was not mentioned as the top 30 shareholders in the 2018 annual report is very strange. Even if they acquired and subsequently disposed, this news is substantial and must be announced and declared as it involved more than 5% of the company shares. Truly Netx needs to clarify why? Surely there is something hidding here.

Giving out 1.1sen per share only cost the group RM1.859Mil to pay out. Actally they should pay 5.0 sen per share. Straight away their share price will shoot to 60 sen. Giving out 5.0 sen per share only cost Chuan Huat RM8.3 Million which is well below their annual Net Profit Figure.

Chuan Huat is giving out Dividend 1.1 sen for every share in Chuan Huat. Bravo. Should give out more. such as 5.0 sen to a share in order to attract investors to buy more Chuan Huat Shares.

Actually MjPerak can easily be cornered as there are very limited shares available for trading in the market. 55% of them belongs to the Perak Govt while KUB took the other 5%. At 27 sen, it is extremely cheap compared with its net worth value of 70 sen which is not inclusive of huge land banks yet to be reviewed. Previously it's NTA was RM1.13 and more because their Pref Shares not matured yet. Now the PS have matured and merged to become their mother shares, thus MjPerak NTA is now finalised at 70 sen.
