From the above, Total Debts to Total Assets is only 23.53%. While Interest Coverage only 2.37%, so BJLand has no issues to pay interest on its debt.

Further Total Debt to Total Capital is only 41.06% which is sup sup soi for VT

Penta used to own 166 million or 3.3% of BJLand shares as of March 2019..If Penta is the nett seller since March until August at the rate of 10 million shares each Bursa day. If there are 100 Bursa days during this periiod, don't think Penta has much shares left if it is short of cash?

Actually the conditional sale agreement for Penta to sell to BJLand shares to BJCorp was 30 Jan 2019.

However the actual completion date of share swap of BJLand shares by Penta & BJCorp was only completed on 6 March 2019.

Therefore the 38 sens share swap offer by BJCorp for Penta's BJLand shares still stands until 6 Sept. 2019 (6 Mths). Anybody can counter verify at link below...

Actually we need to give VT credit when it's due:
* Last week VT's family was in Japan specifically FS Kyoto.. but why hush it up? was it to meet-up a prospective buyer from US?...after all even Kim Kardashian gave her thumb's up during her stay there last week?
* Also Morvin went to Monaco last week to follow-up with potential biz collaborations after VT's meeting with Prince Albert after the Icelandair Hotels purchase?
* Also according to the Korea news report below: resolution on Compensation from Jeju Korea may come in 3 month's time by Oct/Nov? That's why VT jumped the gun to breach Bursa's free-float threshold of 85,%?

Thxs for the inside knowledge/update. Most impairment loss on JeJu Korea project has been provided for earlier in Berjaya Group's accounts. So no more surprises, any compensation from Korea will be a Bonus!. Looks like VT might use his cables with TunM for a G2G resolution soon?

* The are 15% free floating shares, out of which 8 7% are held by large funds like Macquarie Bank & Penta with balance of 6.3% held by retail?

* VT can delist/privatise by buying 1% more to activate public float limit but he can't forced acquisition of remaining shares from minority unless he can get 90% of remaining shares (90% X 15% = 13.5%).
* In other words VT needs 85% + 13.5% =98.5% before he can forcefully acquire the remaining shares (1.5%) to delist with 100% control.
* It's unlikely Penta & Macquarie Bank (with 8.7%) will accept anything less than 38 sens to sell, given the earlier Penta/BJCorp deal.

What it means is the VT syndicate has been very active for this few months? They have been using influencers who masquerade as minority & used loss leaders to influence/manipulate the market direction even when it's clear cut that the company is recovering and making profits.But at the end of the day nothing is given out for free. Anything done be must for a purpose, the syndicate will recoup their investment soon?

Points to ponder?
* VT has been selling assets for a profit lately
* He also pondering to sell more assets like FS Kyoto for profit
* He or his family has been going for overseas biz trips almost weekly?
* Also most of the major court cases concerning compensation for BJLand will have an outcome by EOY?
* Umobile will be listed latest 2020 & VT already stated his intention to list BJLand's hotels on SGX
* VT also has been on a lookout to acquire profitable hotel biz for his empire through BJLand in line with his listing plans on SGX?

The Macquarie Bank used to own 4% already sold to Penta and later sold to BJCorp leaving Penta with 3%...that means out of 15%, balance of 12% should be owned by minority? The block at 17.5 sens is to cap the price by VT & associates before delisting/privatisation?

There are vultures waiting for forced selling by weak holders or big shark? Looks like got lower cap of 17 sens for BJLand & upper cap of 26 sens for BJCorp to maintain the conversion ratio should there be delisting/privatisation exercise?
