Further to the announcement dated 10 January 2014, 16 January 2014, 7 April 2014, 22 April 2014, 17 July 2014 and 10 October 2014, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company has on 17 October 2014 subscribed the 3,000,000 newly ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in SPAZ.


Upon the completion of the subscription of the shares in SPAZ, the Subscription Agreement between the Company and SPAZ has completed.


With the completion of the subscription agreement, SPAZ is now a 60% owned subsidiary of Seacera.


This announcement is dated 17 October 2014.

This explains why the directors paid millions and converted the warrants, to pay SPAZ, i guess, SPAZ will direct more projects and WM project to them. So, you should not even sell below RM1 as all of them are indirectly buying the shares at RM1 or even higher, by sacrificing their warrants!

Clear the hurdle at RM0.62, and you will see sky at RM0.78 again, but look for signals

KNM do rights issue because they gonna do peterborough project, which will turn around the company into a more stable stock with 80MW rather than fully dependant on O&G, it is a long term good move actually, depends how you see it

Good news for reach shareholders, now reach energy can buy cheaper assets, and when oil rebounded, reach energy will rebound hard

They need some working capital to be pumped into SPAZ to show that they are fit to do all the contracting works, anyway just my 2cents opinion

No one knows, only god knows, we have to be prudent, personally i think in Oil and gas space, KNM should be the one that will not be affected, cause they are banking on RAPID project, not affected by upstream drilling at all..anyway, if you do not like o&g, pick defensive stock like SMRT(Education) or IFCA(Tech)

Latest update: Warisan Merdeka final award will be on Jan 2015, if market sentiment rebounded, this would be a strong play, but currently I would advise to watch only until sentiment turns good, which normally will be on December

It is not about slowdown in property sector in China, is about IFCA only having 200 China clients out of 45,000 clients in China! Huge untapped market! And they are opening 4 more offices this and next year in China! Imagine with Wanda, the largest property developer in China, being IFCA's customer, it is so easy to tap into other smaller developers, and these are all gold mines to IFCA!

Japan market is interesting but the main point is still China's growth story + GST upgrades + Upgrades from windows to web-based software + Other market's expansion!

What censof and others have? Only GST.. Clear winner = IFCA, you can look at next quarter report to judge me
