Ok, collection is completed soon, MYEG will have extra 2-3 million illegal foreign workers registering to contribute to its earnings pool going forward, 2-3million will mean RM200-300m revenue, which means about RM100-150m profit, that should add RM1-2 to target price, duno why funds are still sleeping, no wonder fund managers always underperform, it will shoot up soon, and I heard MYEG is partnering AXIATA to offer sim cards to these foreign workers, and one foreign worker could generate RM50 minimal to MYEG, work it out yourself, it will be RM50x 4-5million foreign workers =RM200-250m revenue, that is another RM2-3 upside, no brainer…

PICI gives a profit guarantee of RM4m for next 3 years, and Ken mentioned that 50% of PICI is recurring, with tonnes of opportunity in Indonesia, paying RM32m is a dirt cheap, and these cousins took over IFCA Indonesia last time cause IFCA wants to focus in Malaysia and China and they were loss making, once their software are proven in all the major markets, IFCA then has the strength to move further, if they had hugged PICI, maybe IFCA had already run out of cash last few years, at P/E of 8x, what more do you want?

From the AGM, Ecommerce SAAS contributes RM10,000 per month per developer to IFCA. IFCA has close to a thousand clients now. Lets say, very conservative numbers - 300 clients in Malaysia and 200 clients in Indonesia employ Ecommerce, that alone is RM60m, and profit margin is superbly high, all they have to do is to maintain the database and site, at 70% margin, RM42m - thats what IFCA might be achieving for FY2015! DOUBLE!

DO the math yourself, it is just plain easy for clients to take up Ecommerce SAAS because it only cause them RM10k per month, they could have save some costs cutting down their admin staff, outsource to IFCA, gain more sales from IFCA... thats all

Today I expect price to retest RM1.25, a good opportunity to collect

3 solid fundamental reasons to buy IFCA:
(i) brand name with all the largest developers in ASEAN
(ii) strong software which could be sold as a package with e-commerce
(iii) regional presence and aggressive expansion

Now, it really doesn't matter if IFCA's one off sales is slowing down, do check out iProperty which is listed in Australia (market cap of AUD450m), mind you iproperty is making losses now due to their business model and still trade at crazy multiples, if IFCA could generate profits through e-commerce, it really shows that IFCA has potential to exceed RM1.5b or RM2b market cap in a year, that will be about RM2 - RM2.50 in 6 months, reiterate my buy call, never thought of cutting loss before, lastly , i would like to thank optimus, bilis, hockhuat, calvintan, and whoever who bashed down ifca, you just made ifca believer getting richer and richer =)

Is ok bilis, I am looking ahead anyway for IFCA, although I am a trader, my faith is still RM2 end of the year, dont believe, just watch haha, too bad i am so fundamental in this stock, if not could have made a tonne like bilis
