1) Bankers/Creditors would not want those long term paper Debts in their Books.......who would pay Interest in cash to their Depositors, holding such rubbish, toxic papers???

2) They have already CONFIRM several times during their nego...No Paper Debts and heavy haircuts. They would prefer to Liquidate those Assets for a few dimes.

3) There would not be any Govt bailout nor Guarantee as this is a Private and mis-managed failure. How many times do you expect the Govt to splash Public Funds to save incredibly and insatiable losses????


However, just for kok talk, the possibilities of an Internal salvage, BUT coming in with raising part Cash Funds and the balance in Promissory Notes (no idea if anyone would still have the stomach to trust this PLC)...the chances is only 0.000000001%...---->

Which is why the Price is locked and trapped at 3.5c and 4c......

1) The Operators are instructed to float the support level at 3.5c with over 200 million shares and not go under, JUST YET.......as the CONSOLIDATION would call for 20 : 1, which works to be 3.5c x 20 = 70c..
.......subsequently, the RI and shareholders have to mortgage their house, sell car and wives and are still toasted....

RI from market price 70c, with discount, since the Promissory to Bankers would be at discount and priced at 50c per piece.....RI at 50c.........WHICH WOULD WEIGHT THE LISTED PRICE DOWN FURTHER, due to shareholders avoiding and selling off and price to drop below 50c.........(Ultimately works the 20 : 1 price currently at 2.5c!!!!)
