When you go to court is using IC as your identity. Not your name. You could change your name but IC number is still the same until you die.

Secondly, borrow cannot even withstand the amount of Interest charged.....
Thirdly, Defaulter still requires more Financial assistance as their Shareholders funds are already empty.
Fourthly, bankers usually don't throw good money after bad money.....they Liquidate, cash out and move on....
