Last year AGM the MD or CEO said moving forward Bumi Armada will bid for EPCC type of FPSO contracts. Meaning the FPSO project will be the oil company`s CAPEX. This will reduce the company risk and financial burden but the rewards is much lower than current business model. High risk high return, low risk low return.

Today's market is weak but Armada still going up. Something is behind this uptrend.

Armada if trading at PE 16X the theoretical price should be RM 1.73.

Current price is undervalued. I also believe the management already learnt from past mistakes. The debts ratio has improved a lot since last crisis. Now is a new chapter for Armada.

What happened to this guy bullmarket1628? Last time he posting Huat ah Walauehh messages everyday. He sold all his shares already?

This round uptrend with a strong momentum, not like previous short term goreng pattern. This could be a paradigm change for entire Oil and Gas services industry since almost a decade of downturn.

Past few days Oil price dropping but Armada share price still moving up. Could be upcoming quarter good financial results or new contract award soon?

Expecting new contract reward for Naga 2, 3 and 6 in Q1 2023 or Q2 2023. Keep goreng it, sampai crispy.

Based on status of Rigs below, expecting new contract awards in Q1 and Q2 2023. Each new contract will push up share price :D.

Status of rigs. All of Velesto’s rigs are currently chartered, as follows:

Naga 2 – Contracted Until 2Q2023.

Naga 3 – Contracted Until 1Q2023.

Naga 4 – contracted until 1Q2023, will undergo upgrade works after – till 2Q2023.

Naga 5 – Contracted Until Mid-2024 With This Job Win.

Naga 6 – Contracted Until 1Q2023 for Petronas Carigali.

Naga 8 – Contracted Until 1Q2024 for Carigali-Hess Operating Company.

I believe BA is the black horse of year 2023. Just need to wait for some good news.

The contract signed with Petronas was an umbrella contract. Any operator (PSC) for example Hess, Exxon, Shell, Hibiscus who need Rig services in Malaysia water must use Velesto in priority. If Velesto not able to provide then operator allowed to look for alternative.

You guys waited this chance since a decade ago. Don't simply let go your stock with a peanut profits. Make sure you get a profit that able to last of another decade. Cheers! The worst is already over, it is a big wave for Oil and Gas counters from now onwards.

Affin Hwang said bad time already over, smooth sailing from 2H 2022 onward. 2023 will be a good turnaround year for Velesto.

Based on rigs utilisation next quarter onward we expecting a V-sharp recovery patten. Hopefully the Velesto management don't fatt this up.

Hopefully this quarter lost already reflected in current share price. Next quarter if still not show positive recovery, I will cutoff this counter forever. I giving you guys last chance to all Velesto's management team.

ARMADA IS UNDERVALUED. Now trading at PE 3.82. If PE back to normal like PE15, EPS 10.87 X PE 15 = RM 1.63.

Fair value should be around RM1.60 for this company.

Quarterly report will announce today?

Congratulations to Bumi Armada. Another remarkable quarterly result. Total Debts dropped to 6.37b.

Quarter results will be out tomorrow or Monday. Good results will push the price over 0.40.

This is not a PN17 company.
