Feels like ancomL still got risk on the RTO, however depends on regulators now. Since they offer Share price at 0.10 cent.. after RTO, if diluted with too much shares, maybe price drop back to fundamentals. so time to make money is before they RTO, assuming everyone buys into it.

That's why they did not mention number of shares to be issued, just price at 0.10 cent. the last calculation i saw is at 1 billion shares, and 400 million shares last time on connect county. However at 0.10 cent, the number of shares to be issued must exceed 8 billion shares. this is madnness.

The more they goreng, the more share price goes up, the more shares they issue, instantly S5 make billions, by listing and selling maybe 40% of the shares they issue.

ctually interesting, If i am thinking about it, 10 cent share price RTO very very. low. (900 million) . So they issue the additional shares at 10cent for 90%. 10% sale from MYEG not finalised yet, or how to pay.

MYEG Capital had on 10 June 2020 acquired 118,000,000 shares of S5 for a total purchase consideration of RM90,000,000.00 (“Initial Investment”).

The 10% buy from MYEG , Ancom Logistics need to raise 90 million cash just to buy. Maybe from their divestment to Nylex. First where is 90 million from, and do they have cash to buy.

Next, lets say the balance of the 90% shares would be RM 810 million, Ancom L will issue about
(RM 810m/10Cents) =, 8.1 billion shares to S5 shareholder compensate at equal that value.

Compared to about 467 million shares of AncomL currently have, total it would be at 8.567 billion (8.6b) number of shares.

900 million which is total value divide by 8.6 billion number of share is at 10.465 cents, which is already at myeg value of S5. Since reverse take over share price already declare at 10 cents...will it be a massive dillution? Now if the price already at 40 cents, the company is worth around 3.4 billion.

They RTO get the shares at 10 cents and sell the shares... which they got for 10 cents at maybe 40 or 45 cents (current Price)... they got a whooping 30-35 cent margin from 8.1 billion shares. Lets say they sell 4 billions shares and keep the rest, with 35 cent margin (for easy calculation) ... that's a whooping rm 1.4 billion ringgit pure profit..just from listing. when the actual value at rm 900 million compared to the number of shares is about 10.465 cents with MYEG valuation. No need to get NIISE contract already 1.4 billion profit.
