I have been monitoring this counter since 1st October 2020 before it spikes in 12th January 2021, here are some of my findings.

1.This counter got “Average Down exercise” most likely by Jerung or insiders who religiously collect and turn the candlestick pattern GREEN 80% all the time since 1st October 2020 till 13th January 2021.

2. For those who bought this share at 13th January 2021, the acquisition price was 18 sen per share and in 11 February 2021 the value of the stock has grown into 46 sen which is equivalent to 255% ROI. This is a growth stock and not “A Pump and Dump counter” , Hold on until end of this month to unlock the new value of this counter.

Normally Jerung will start borong at 4 pm, depending on the market condition, You won't get 50 sen anymore next week..

Sell On News only happen on "Worthy News". This kind of JV or MOU is quite common in business world. Some more it does not contribute on current earning. The Clause 4 of the MOU clearly stated "The MOU by itself is not expected to have any material effect on the Net Asset and Earning of the Company for the financial year ending 31 March 2021". So I don't think "Sell On News" will happen.

The most underrated and unknown construction company

It started with the emergence of Dato Awang Daud in the company and became a chairman back in March this year. Brought his son and new strong and reputable faces into the new management to freshen up the team and launched a new logo.

Since then, Minetec has secured 3 projects although they are small size projects. But slowly, this Minetec’s new management has shown its pulling power to secure projects compares against old Minetech.

Notably, the newly secured project for Pan Borneo Highway in Sarawak has lifted its reputation in getting involved in the multi-billion project in the future. Not necessarily as the main contractor but as a subcontractor will do.

This reminds me of Kejuruteraan Asas Bhd (KAB - 0193), which they work on the small size projects basis but the share price can still rally from below 0.20 to high of 1.20 within 6 months between mid-2019 and early 2020.

Moral of the story - Never look down on the small company when you don't understand its greatness.

Their role is to ensure that their targeted counters would completely crash and secure the lowest price as possible on the subsequent trading days.. You can see a lot of them mingling around in i3 telling lies about their targeted company especially when the whole market is downtrend.. when the market is uptrend, another division i.e. Divestment dept will take over the contra's department's role i.e. to tell fake news about JV sana, JV sini and start collecting gain on the positive momentum..
