BUY AND HOLD. I bought this stock for its dividend and not worried of its price fluatuations. The returns will definitely be better than the bank FD rates. It's more secure than speculative shares that don't give dividends and may crash when you are sleeping...

Azeroth, well said. Companies that are not prepared for bad times may not recover from crisis. Hopefullt, perisai can obtain sufficient fund to sustain during this period and recover when crude prices improve..

compared to a profit of RM5.4 million for quarter ended 30May2015
And sharply increase of +15.08%
