The only consistent performance of this company is that it is consistently losing money yoy. Don't touch this counter until it show gradual increase in profits yoy, even though it spurns out some wonderful news.

lessons learnt : DON'T trust good news from local media of bad companies. DON'T believe those MOU, Letter of Intent (LOI), LOA and other funny sounding abbreviations that have no legal binding . DO BELEIVE THAT THESE POOR COMPANIES ARE FINDING WAYS TO LURE LAMBS INTO THEIR SLAUGHTERHOUSE so that they can make money when their company cannot.

The huge price fluctuation on Nov 24 after 5 months of uptrend shows that something is not right.

fgv needs professional management at all levels, from top to middle managers to supervisors to achieve optimum efficiency and output. Unfortunately, politics do play a big part in hiring of staff thus they don't have the right people but 'politically correct' people to run the company. The price is maintained at these level due to heavy buying by govt funds such as kwap and th, otherwise I believe price will be much lower.

TP lowered to RM1.10, maintain SELL

Given the weaker-than-expected 9M16 performance, we now forecast a loss for 2016 (previously a profit) and cut our 2017-18 core EPS forecasts by 22% after adjusting for: 1) 5-7% lower FFB production assumptions for 2016-18E; 2) 2-7% higher cost of production to RM1,450/MT-RM1,600/MT for 2016-18E; and 3) our lower forecasts for MSM (MSM MK, RM4.90, SELL). Most OnG counters are at historic lows..

they discovered d fraud in june, yet in july bull run from 1.50 to 2.50 with large purchases by th and epf. These funds investing ppl's money (our money) would have known about it but why do they keep buying and pushing up the price? now a lot of ppl holding losing fgv thinking it'll go up to 4 b4 ge14. a lot of fishes; think i go to fish market 2day.

Now it makes sense of the news of steering committee to oversee the operations of fgv before the release of the AG report.. Too many shitty deals and treating it like a candy jar...

More downside until all those incompetent managers responsible for the million RM loss of ventures/projects identified in the AG Report are replaced and taken action if due to corruption. Poor corporate governance. Price only propped up by EPF and TH, otherwise it would be lower.
