The prospect looks good. They have strong order book for glove dipping lines. They also mentioned full capacity for glove making segment. Operating cash flow is also very strong. Better result then Careplus in term of profitability as a whole.

Let’s take ESCERAM and LKL for comparison.

LKL which make 600k++ net profit latest quarter. ESCERAM also make 600k++ net profit last quarter.

But market cap LKL 364mil at 0.85 vs ESCERAM 144mil at 0.70...

So there’s lot of room for catch up. There’s possibility ESCERAM can command over RM300mil valuation like LKL.

Balance sheet wise, ESCERAM is better.

What’s TP for Esceramic? Realistic pls
