My opinion, the market should value the company at 1x PBV, which worth at 16sen at least for now and while oil price still high!!! This valuation is fair for me. Not premium not discount.

Next week if bullish sure gap up to 7 sen...and hope to touch 10 sen....

Don't look down on penny stocks....it is better to play penny stock because their percentage is very high...imagine you buy 5 sen 10000 lots...if it go 10 sen...how much you earn??? Compare to if you buy a big stock like maybank $9.30 ...there is no way maybank go to fly to $18 right ??? Penny stock can rise very fast...from 5 sen to 10 sen...its 100% profit So that is the advantage.

3. A fully funded field work programme, on track to achieve higher
productivity. Together with brighter industry outlook, we are confident of
stabilising and improving the Company’s financial position and cashflow.
4. A clean slate where the Company’s debts (including those related to
Semua Shipping) and receivables are resolved. This will remove any
concerns by the Auditors and also resolve any outstanding or potential legal
proceedings (eg. Section 218, winding up).
5. A cohesive and synergistic operating structure. The 2012 JIA arrangement
has necessitated the setting up of our subsidiary, Sumatec Oil and Gas LLP, to act
as the agent between Sumatec and COG. With the Proposed Acquisition, Sumatec
will be able to consolidate its activities in Kazakhstan that eliminates duplication
in functions, office facilities and potential conflict of interest as well as
streamlining the line of reporting and co-ordination of work activities, which is
expected to result in greater operations efficiency and cost saving.

Sumatec has signed a heads of agreement with Markmore Sdn Bhd (a company owned by Sumatec’s substantial shareholder Tan Sri Halim Saad) to acquire a 100% stake in Markmore Energy (Labuan) Ltd.

Sumatec said RM1.22 billion of the purchase price will be paid in cash and the balance via the issuance of 1.68 billion new shares at 20 sen per share.

Sumatec is currently the designated operator of the Rakushechnoye field, which entitles it to 50% of the profits.

So it is a tussle between the big guys....Something big is happening...at 5 sen it is Cheap to collect. So the buyer kept buying...at this point...trying to buy as much as he can. Lets see how much that seller is selling ...at a lost. Seller is always losing because 5 sen is near the cheapest level...this buyer will untung durian runtuh later...how much can he sell??? The buyer untung because he buy at the lowest price. As long as he kept buying he will untung as oil price kept going up...to $70 to $100 a barrel. Hold tight and watch the show. Just started...warm up.
