Anzo to collaborate with Key Alliance for e-commerce hub

KUALA LUMPUR (June 7): Anzo Holdings Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Harvest Court Properties Sdn Bhd (HCP) has entered into a collaboration agreement with DVM Innovate Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned unit of Key Alliance Group Bhd, for the development of a proposed e-commerce fulfilment hub.

Under the agreement, HCP will be the prime contractor while DVM will be the project’s nominated contractor which will supply the requisite solutions, implementation, support maintenance and services specifically for the hub.

“The agreement is not expected to have any material effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of the company.

“However, it is expected to have positive contribution to the earnings per share and net assets per share of the Group should the agreement be subsequently commercialised,” said Key Alliance in a bourse filing today.

The hub will form part of the RM420 million gross development value car showroom centre and office towers project in Petaling Jaya, which will be developed by a joint venture between HCP and Captivate Max Sdn Bhd, as announced by Anzo on May 29.

Anzo rose 0.5 sen or 1.96% to close at 26 sen for a market capitalisation of RM81.94 million.

Key Alliance closed unchanged at 4.5 sen, giving it a market capitalisation of RM36.86 million

Falling knife...this time really cut...razor sharp. Who dare to catch ? We will see how far it will drop. Stay sideline. This is a very risky stock to touch at this moment. You die from heart attack riding this roller coaster because it will dive down very fast but go up very slow...and dive down very fast and go up very slow.Selling pressure is greater than buying because really no incentive to buy now.

You all sell to me at 4 sen please...I queue so long queue can never get 4 sen. Best time to get is from panic sellers...hahahaha

I was lucky to escape with a small loss when I bought c32. But I think a lot of people here should lose more money because when it go up, it come down further. Sucking people in like a quick sand mud. So better lay your hands off first. Let the dust settles.

Losing tons of money because of ESOS. Totally unacceptable to reward the staff and make the share holders suffer with a bad company loss, This should not be the way. Should hold the ESOS and revive the company first. Staff reward should be last thing.

Should gap down...because of the extremely bad QR report. Be careful when chasing. Don't be a hero. No wonder yesterday rebound....and dive back down. Now we know why.

The most important is YoY it is still positive. So this company is heading to the right direction.

You can see from the stock chart that before the QR this stock is not moving up even when the rapid cloud deal is signed. Why? Because they already knew the QR early and they have to sell on strength.No wonder when the stock rose to 5 sen ...there was a quick sell down. We were confused. Now we know the answer. They have anticipated a drop in QR report. But having said that the stock is heavily supported at 4 sen and the SIS is at 4.5 sen which is a very stable price. No worries. Just hold and buy on weakness for collection. Investors will be rewarded for their support and patience.

The downside already factored in because insider already sold early. Now is the time to collect more as the 4 sen price is the support now. Sharks will collect at this point. The QR is a good tool for them to collect from weak players. This company is growing and is good potential stock.

My prediction...will drop.. and later some technical rebound and stabilize like iwcity.

Same pattern every time. Don't ask me ....I just look at the chart and can tell you because this is the same pattern. Wait for the next load report or same other catalyst for any hope of another uptrend rally.

Should stabilize around 35 - 38 sen.

Those who sold earlier above 45 sen now have the choice to buy back cheap near the 38 sen level.

Really back to 38 sen. Already told to sell early if you are holding...your strategy is really wrong. But now better hold...because it is near 38 sen support. You sell or no sell also doesn't make much difference.

Short term KGROUP expected to climb to 5 - 6 sen. Why? Because the cheapest is around 4 sen. So if the buying starts, we expect it to cross 5 - 6 sen. Buy buy buy. The disposal is good for the company. More good news to come. Now is best time for accumulation.

Bought C32 at 8.5 sen....Hope I don't get burnt this time....why I buy? Because it was just too attractive not to buy....it has fallen from 18 sen to 8.5 sen....50% fibonacci ratio. Ok wish me luck.

While the whole market is down, KGroup is unchanged and very steady at this price. So nothing to worry.

Why? Because the up trend line is now replaced with a consolidation trend line. Not sure how long...but have to wait for a clearer direction.

Maybe the hardcore die hard fans of AA should continue buying and fight to push up the price. Not sure how long can they stand the selling force.

Actually DRBHCom was supposed to break $2...but LTH came and start dumping non stop. So how are we going to fight against a big fund like LTH? Can ikan bilis win? So it is best to retreat and slow down first and let the enemies finish shooting the arrows....we should instead use fake straw puppets to collect the arrows. To fight them now is a waste of resources.

I learned my lesson watching that brave guy come in after the suspension was lifted and he queue and chased C32 at 18 sen...happily and then within a few minutes the stock start dropping and now at 11.5 sen. If he can control his emotion a bit, he would have buy cheaper. The market is always there...so relax. No reason to chase now when people are selling down happily because they bought much earlier...at a cheaper price. So let them sell first.

Actually if you see carefully....the whole market is red today. So whats the point of trying to buy now...its like mencurah air ke atas padang pasir...di gurun Sahara. Will get suck dry and yet won't wet the ground.

Don't touch...the rebound is very weak...the sellers are stronger. I cannot see the buying force. So lay off and have some pop corns. Its a boring day anyway.

Better relax...go and take a rest / holiday. Don't touch now. Not a good time to pick. Don't think the QR will be good as the sale of Proton might not be recorded yet in the QR. What if you buy and later results out like AA case, stock will gap down....lagi worse. I don't like to play a stock that is falling down....it is a big risk to try catching a falling knife. Yeah...the advantage of people buying much earlier than us at 90 sen will always be in my mind to remind me to be cautious. Even at $1.65 it is still can drop and not considered cheap.

The price already rise so much from 25 sen to 50 sen...now results out...good but the price already factored in. So it will drift down because of profit taking and mainly due to sell on news. Have to wait for it to consolidate down before buying. No rush.
