Another great corporate news today from Bplant, that's re-balancing its plantation assets through an accelerated replanting programme which is an organic business growth/ business expansion in order to generate more sale turnovers in order to increase future profits.

For example, a company builds up its business growth organically by increasing its equipment and machinery for its production line in view of the good market demands & prices of its products.

So, Bplant's approach is an organic growth which is good news and to be taken as business expansion in order to increase production of its FFB & CPO products. Both examples are same.

This is not rumors. The article was posted in the Headlines of Waja Konsortium Bhd in KLSE Screener where all the information about Waja, Share Price, Announcements, Headlines, Etc are being read under title "What Will Happening Soon?"

Can somebody come out to explain after the article posted on 22 August 21 about Waja's huge prospect of projects worth from RM1.2B to RM1.9B on a RTO basis, and yet its share price keeps dropping now to RM0.15?

What has gone wrong and out there, honest investors bought to invest for LT, but keep worrying?

Palm oil bull run is in the formation and invest before too late.

Bplant has so many good news by 31-12-21 or even by 31-03-22:

1. Gst Refund of about RM37.207M collected on on 05-08-21.

2. Annual rental fee of oil palm estate in Telok Sengat Estate, South
Johor, not far from Pasir Gudang & JB City (Annual rent is from
RM15.1M to RM18.7M).

3. Sale of Kulai Young Estate to pay off loans (Annual interest
savings of RM15.47M). Adding both the 2 will give at least RM31.0M.

4. Continuous strong quarterly financial performance of net profit
after tax due to sustainable strong CPO market price (Every 3 months
of strong FFB harvests/CPO yields coupled with strong CPO price).

5. On-going renewed management change in Bplant to reduce costs, etc.

6. All these shall result in good regular financial performances.

7. Increase in regular foreseeable dividend policy payments.

8. Last but not least, shall see the coming of appreciation of share
price of this gem, Bplant.

Hooray. Hooray. Hooray.

After some one posted the article on 22 August 21, the price keeps dropping as big sellers coming out and leaving honest investors hanging. Please be fair to honest investors with their hard earned money.

A lot of concerns is good.

A lot of worries is not good.

Even at its present moment & future, Bplant is riding on strong profitability.

Moving forward the trend is in bio-fuel, save Mother Earth.

Location of the said land is near to Pasir Gudang Port & near to Singapore and all logistic costs, etc are strategic.

There will be bulk handling and so on and so all parties win as they would have looked into the new business model in all angles to see it is viable and feasible.

This is one form of monetization of Bplant's assets as explained before by Bplant's Management.

Actually, TDM's financial performance for last quarter is not bad and I think next quarter's financial performance will be much better.

If you look at farming lands throughout the world, they have increased in values and to buy one, you can only get if the best price is offered.

Agric. commodity prices have increased a lot which means not many sellers of agric. lands.

Coming to Thplant's lands, they are extremely valuable.

Again, a weakened MYR against most basket of currencies (USD, S$, A$, etc), our lands are too cheap and Thplants' lands will be in high demand by prospective buyers (with planted oil palms).

Let's see what is coming from Thplant.

I have been investing in Thplant share faithfully, and I will have the last laugh.

Bplant is going to show another solid quarterly report (Jul-Sept) & with average cpo price at about RM4.2K/ton, not surprised the NPAT may exceed RM50.0M for this quarter (Jul-Sept).

We have another month/Sept' to show the CPO production number & average CPO price..

Then, we have another quarter (Oct-Dec) which shall be another solid performance too.

Basing on the CPO production business strength, CPO price strength and lands' appreciation, the intrinsic value of Bplant should be RM2.00 & above.

Keep buying for investment purpose as for me.

Buying in with confidence and wait for the fruit of your investment.

From Bplant's Quarterly Report just posted:

The Group has therefore submitted a request to Customs in November 2020 for the GST refund of RM37,207,353.35.

On 11 May 2021, the Plaintiffs have withdrawn the suit against the Defendant.

On 21 May 2021, Customs has approved the Group application for GST refund and refunded the full amount of GST on 5 August 2021.

Faithful investors will always be rewarded.

If July, Aug & Sept 2021 Average CPO price >4,000/ton, again the quarter's performance will >48.375M.

Another several days, Aug' 21's CPO >4,000/ton and consistent FFB harvest by Bplant, and Sept'21, if Average CPO >4,000/ton, wow.

Keep the faith in positive FCPO trend.

Maybe, another round of good dividend may be declared.

Also, ongoing Boustead Group’s Reinventing Boustead strategy is showing good and excellent performance.

What can be cheaper than Thplant's lands' values?

Yes, Planters are laughing to their banks, but faithful investors holding their shares are suffering from the poor share prices, no dividends and etc.

Awakening of TDM, as for me, holding tight to it.

With its oil palm business and hospitals, good combination.

Yes, Sir.

Sale of palm oil estate with CPO Mill & etc will save logistic costs & ensure freshness of the FFBs harvested & ensure high CPO extraction rate and all these add premiums.

Bplant will show its gem colour soon and as for me, hold on tight.

Invest in TDM long term as good value shall come basing on the good CPO price for a sustainable term and also its hospitals' businesses.

Good news by Bplant and moving in the right direction.

Loyal investors, be patient for the further real good news.

Even as for now, the quarterly financial performance will be good.

Bplant's organic financial performance is good on the rising CPO price

Keep the faith, and even if all equal, look at the June'21's FFB harvest at 83,893 tons & last qtr's performance shall be better than the previous qtr's performance.

As time goes, bplant's performance shall get better & better with good CPO price & FFB harvest.

Above is my opinion & I will invest into Bplant as long as possible.

It is going to be good corporate news and hope that it is good for all loyal investors.

With 20% of population vaccinated now and daily vaccination rate of 300K per day and arrival of 14 million vaccine doses coming in July 2021 are good new to Ptrans.

Watch Ptrans going up slowly and slowly.

TDM is a good oil palm cum hospital company and good value for long term investment, yet people don't see the value.
