SONA & Salamander Energy PLC have mutually agreed to extend the exclusivity period in relation to the potential acquisition of shares in Salamander Energy (Bualuang) Ltd (SEBG).
The extension period will be until end July 2014. The extension is to primarily allow auditors to prepare SEBG's financial statements under IFRS for the past 3 years, and enable both parties to finalise the sale and purchase agreement for the proposed transaction and other agreements.
