My view on dual listing, correct me if I'm wrong ;
Today newspaper saying listing amount in SGX is SGD20million / MYR59.40million.
Meaning it should be 10million shares, also mean listing price is SGD2.

Now 1 SGD = 2.88.
If. 2 SGD = 5.76.

suppose Malaysia share price also should worth about 5.760, if listing is today.

my view once the major shareholder sold their shares in SG...
they will buy back in MY to maintain shareholding. So i believe it will have some positive impact on MY share price.

Without EGM, price will not up. Sona still not owning any assets.

as a investor, after buying asset with 20% cash, i do not want the management to have access to 80% of the fund just like that. Asset is already cash flow generating, you need need more cash.

if decided to fail it, lets meet at EGM. Dont drag it. Really sick of long wait

i will propose refund 60% to shareholder, 20% for purchase, 20% for OPEX.
