I am around, still hoiding all my Dnex & son shares. Tradins over the past few weeks look more like some big sharks were manipulating & pressing down Dnex & son share prices to collect. Market sentiment not good, so big sharks may not push up share prices this round even though Q3R delivers good results. I am prepared to hold for at least another 3 months until release of next QR in February. I am quite sure Q4R'17 will be much better than Q3R'17. Good Q3R, no need to worry, just be patient. Hopefully market sentiment will improve before release of next QR. Cheers.

Please read the following Announcement related to offer of Dnex ESOS shares made on 14 Sep 2016 before you keep complaining about frequent issue of ESOS shares with very low exercise price.

The total no of ESOS shares offered to eligible exployees including Directors is 40,427,200 shares. Exercise price of offered ESOS shares is 0.245 and closing price of Dnex on the date of offer (14 Sep 2016) is 0.275. So the exercise price is only about 12% lower than the market price at the offer time, which I think is very reasonable. For your info, past trading records showing after the ESOS offer date, Dnex shares price dropped to 0.225/0.23 (ie. below offer price 0.245) in Dec 2016. If you are smart, you could have acquired Dnex shares at a price lower than the ESOS shares offer price. So no need to keep complaining about comapny issuing ESOS shares frequently at cheap, cheap price. All the new ESOS shares listed this year are actually offered in Sep last year and most of the employees are lucky Dnex share price shoots up to current level this year and they only exercise the offer this year. It is very unfair and unreasonable to keep pointing finger at the MD on this issue.

Wait for the next update of TOP 30 DEPOSITORS list then we will know who the buyer and who the seller are. Cheers.

The reason why Censof has to sell some Dnex shares from time to time is because the company needs cash to pay back bank loan. This is the reason given by the current MD of Censof in its recent AGM. Censof had just sold some Dnex shares on 11 Sep, so I don't think they'll sell again so soon. Cheers.

Some background story on Datuk Samsul extracted from Annual Report 2016 of Censof:
He served as Group Managing Director of Censof Holdings Berhad from September 26, 2011 to August 4, 2014.
In 2013, he led Censof in acquiring a controlling interest of DNeX (then known as TIME Engineering Berhad) from Khazanah Nasional Berhad, the strategic investment fund of the Government of Malaysia. He is currently the Executive Deputy Chairman of Dagang NeXchange Berhad. He is also the Executive Chairman of Dagang Net Technologies Sdn. Bhd. and sits on the Board of Ping Petroleum Limited.
Censof acquired Dnex shares from Khazanah in 2013, so the acquisition price must be below 0.30.

In the Jun list, EPF is the no 15 biggest share holder, holding 4,100,000 shares or 0.2342%, but has dropped out from the top 30 August list, meaning EPF had disposed off part or all of its Dnex shares. Cheers.

I guess the 30 mil Dnex shares seller could be No 3 (ABDUL MANAF BIN SHARIFF), No 5 (Khooo Kok Seng) or No 6 (Citibank New York)as they are not directors of Dnex. If they sell 30 mil shares, they don't need to report to Bursa as they are not substantial share holders (holding <5%) and not in the BOD. Cheers.

I have observed these 2 days some big sharks/traders are controlling and pressing down closing share prices of Dnex & son to collect. Once big sharks/traders have collected anough, they will start pushing up the price again. Have more patience and give the MD and management more time. I still have confidence and belief the MD can deliver most if not all of what he has aimed for. Cheers.

It is very obvious, some traders or big sharks press down the clsoing prices of Dnex/son today trying to collect last ten mins at 0.475/0.215. Yesterday they did the same thing, pressing down the closing prices to collect at 0.48/0.22.

The reason why Censof disposed off 800,000 Dnex shares on Monday (11 Sep) is because the company needed cash to service its bank loan as mentioned by the MD of Censof in its recent AGM on 12 Sep. Don't get confused, from what I understand, Datuk Samsul did not dispose off any Dnex shares on 11 Sep. Only Censof had disposed off a very small percentage (about 0.27% or 800,000 shares) of its Dnex shares and currently still the 2nd largest share holder of Dnex, holding about 17% of Dnex shares. Datuk Samsul is representing Censof in the BOD of Dnex and appointed as the executive Deputy Chairman of Dnex. So Censof's direct interest in Dnex shares is reflected as Datuk Samsul's deemed inerest in Dnex shares and under Bursa ruling, he is required to make a similar filing like Censof to Bursa for any Dnex shares disposed off or purchased by Censof. I didn't say Dnex share price will never go below 0.40. You are talking about fair value of Dnex should be 0.40 or below and I am pointing out the MD is aquiring at 0.43. He should know better than you the fair value of Dnex. Of course when market very bad, share price can drop below fair value.

Fair value 0.40, you think the MD is so dumb to acquire 130 mil (about 5%) of Dnex shares from one of the directors at 0.43 ke?

Dow Jones surged 196.14 pts (0.90%) and Nasdaq surged 84.35 pts (1.36%). Brent crude oil price also went up USD 0.21. Bursa market sentiment likely to be good today. If Q2R17 is much better than Q1R17, which is very likely, then there may be panic buy after release of Q2R instead of panic sell as someone is expecting. No long term investors will be so dumb to compare Q2R17 with Q2R16 knowing very well Q2R16 included a one-off non-operational gain of about RM 80 mil. Cheers.

Ohhh....Yeahhh.....The Sinkalan expects panic selling on 23rd after release of Q2R17 on 22nd giving the reason Q2R17 will be very bad compare with Q2R16. I have put up my view with past trading data explaining why there won't be panic selling after relase of Q2R17. Haha...
