Your can browse thr Annual Report 2016, check its quarterly results, read some old comments posted y others before/after last AGM on 2 May in Dnex Forum. Dnex is good for longer term investment. Those who worry En Azman selling his Dnex shares and have no confidence in Dnex and its management, just sell off your shares. No point keep bring up the old issue and speculating/arguing on why the Director selling his shares. Those who have confidence in the shares, keep holding for longer term. To me, if a Director selling a small portion of his company shares, nothing to worry. I'll only worry of MD start selling his company shares.

Ismylife73.... consider selling Vivo shares and buy more Dnex or Dnex-WD. Dnex is a much better counter with good growth potential and a good MD. I have switched half of my Vivo shares a couple of months back to Dnex & son and have recovered most of my losses in Vivo from Dnex & son. Cheers.

@Ismylife73....If you want to know more about director Azman bin Karim, very easy... just browse thro the Annual Report 2016 which is available in the Bursa Website. Read the Director Profile on En Azman. Check the no of Dnex shares and no of son shares he hold, then you will understand why he disposed off some of his Dnex shares. Check the movement of share prices (Up or down) after he disposed of some of his shares. It is nothing unusual for a Director to disposed off a small portion of the shares he holds, so nothing to worry. You only need to worry if MD disposing off his shares. Cheers.

Last Friday share price didn't drop before it shot up. Opening price 0.55 is also the lowest price of the day. Hopefully tomorrow trading on DNex will follow lthe same trading pattern like last Friday. Then is really....TGIF.....Cheers.

Market sentiment turns cautious because today is a "Super Thrusday" with 3 big world isuues, outcome of any issues tonite may affect market sentiment tomorrow. Looking at last Wed-Fri's trading records....Last Wed up 1 sen, last Thur flat, last Fri (new ESOS shares listing day) up 5.5 sen. Yesterday (Wed) Dnex also closed 1 sen up. Hopefully today (Thurs) Dnex can close at least flat, then tomorrow Dnex share price likely to go up like last Friay. Cheers.

I guess the news on implementation of VEP and RC from Thailand to Malaysia to be anoounced this month or early next month. Most likely will only start implementating it in early August after Hari Raya celebration. Cheers.

I expect Vivocom share price to at least maintain this morning before AGM, drop 1 sen really unexpected. Agree with Orga, looks like no good news will be released at AGM and share price likley to remain at 0.10-0.12 for some time. Really hopeless counter.

Dnex is unusually quite this morning, still number 44 in the most avtive list. Son much lower. Someone have just thrown out 100 shares at 0.585 to press down the price to entice weak sellers to sell at 0.585. This guy must be waiting to collect at 0.585.

Be realistic, Dnex share price will not limit up even with big news release. I quess it may go up 10 sen the most because of huge number of shares (>1.74 bil) and also too many contra/short term traders.

Low traded vol, share price very steady, no heavy selling.... all these are very good signs. Dnex & son share prices likely to move up and close green this afternoon. Just be patient. Cheers.

Directors selling Dnex shares nothing unusual, as Directors also need cash to service their bank loans or for other purposes. so nothing to worry. In fact every time after En Azman sold some of his Dnex shares, share price went up. Check the past records if you don't belief. IF MD selling Dnex shares, then we really have to worry. Cheers.

Don't worry about dip in crude oil price last night, it is just temporary and is not likely to affect Dnex share price today as past trading records have clearly shown. This is not the first time crude oil price dips sharply. Tai KT is right, current only about 25% of Dnex's profits come from O&G/Energy projects, about 75% still from IT related projects. Also not to worry about T4 today as past records have also shown on T4 day, Dnex share price can also go up. Yesterday many expect share price to go down because of T3, yet Dnex & son share prices closed green. So be patience and have confidence. Share price will return to above 0.60 soon. Share prices for Vivocom & son likely to close green today because of window dressing for tomorrow's AGM. Share price may come down after AGM if no good news is released at AGM. I doubt there will be any good news tomorrow. Cheers.

The morning session's performance considered quite good in view of today is T3 for last Friday and many expect heavy profit taking and share price to come down. Trade vol this morning is relatively small, this afternoon Dnex & son likely to perform better. Cheers.

I also expect Vivo & son share prices will close 0.5 sen up, just to do some window dressing for AGM. @CKNYAM....Glad to hear from you again. Sorry for asking about you as I have left this Forum for a few months after cutting loss half of my Vivovom & Son shares to switch to Dnex. I manage to recover most of my loss in Vivovom from Dnex. I have really given up hope on Vivocom and have lose confidence in the stupid management, especially Mr. Choo who promoted Vivocom so much when the share price going uptrend and just go hiding when share price is plunging and he never fulfil what he has promised and aimed for. I hope you can recover you losses in Vivocom soon. Cheers.
