Perhaps the logic is Lin doesn't open CDS account with any M'sian broker so if he need to buy he must buy through ESOS(can settle through his bank account in China).

Mr Singh bought a brand new BMW at $650k (current price where everybody can buy at this price).
Mr genius, (tak boleh tahan Mr Singh), also buy, but at $1.1 million for the same model....

Paramjit Singh need to buy again if he want to control Msports because Lin back in driving seat again after bought 11.642 million shares through ESOS.

If Msports account is fake(cash, etc) Paramjit Singh can sue both Msports auditor and Lin(and bring him to jail?).

Paramjit Singh stake is 11.466% vs founder Lin HuoZhi 11.447% so he is the boss now can kick out Lin anytime.

1 qtr earn 6 sen if annualized 24 sen. PE 25 cheap?

Already at rock bottom price. Paramjit buying mean he see value in Msports.

If you don't sell your loss will become bigger by the day. Who trust their account? Why cannot declare more dividends? Why no shares buy back?

Don't complain China stocks not paying dividend. Even 17 sen Genetec cannot pay as well what the fuss Msports(5.5 sen), Kanger(11.5 sen) or Xinghe(6 sen but paid 0.2 sen dividend) not paying.

Agree with show. Big buy q at 5 sen belong to Paramjit.

If Lin want to remain in control he should buy back even at higher price. A nice show to watch ahead for 3 shareholders to wrest control in Msports.

Director buying. New business injection or good QR coming?

He want to control Msports. Now own about 10% stake slightly less than Mr Erwin and founder Lin HuoZhi. If he buy another 2% he will take control. Perhaps he is eyeing Msports cash hoard over 60 sen? Check Mr Paramjit background is a lawyer. So he can sue Msports auditor and Lin Huozhi if find Msports cash balance untrue once he in control?
