bearguy Genting is in M'sia and the auditor from M'sia so easier to audit. Msports is in China and the auditor from M'sia sure more take more time to audit because M'sian auditors do the auditing not China auditor. Latest FY(2015) is first ever year Msports report loss since listing so something suspicious although not the cash.

Actually suspension is good. No need Msports haters curse everyday. Only remisiers like us to trade daily to earn commission. Let us the auditor do their job properly. Actually 30th Apr deadline is too tight for auditor to audit so many companies. Some more Msports is in China sure need to take longer time. Let the auditor calculate Msports cash and accounts properly.

Purebear where is your proof that Paramjit Singh/Erwin disposal since already past 10 days.

If Paramjit or Erwin started selling from 26 Apr (day after first suspension announcement), they have up to 2 weeks to make announcement which is 10 May (the suspension day). By the time you know, it is already too late!

How about dividend? Don't give no need to question?

What if RM 2 million profit like last QR. If take more optimism RM 4 million profit. EPS 0.22 sen good buy at 34 sen?

Problem is there are people buying KYY shares think he will bail them out because he has the money but instead dump them after MAKING ENOUGH MONEY FRYING THEM UP and promoting non stop in i3.

If I were Paramjit Singh(new substantial shareholder) I would rather have my own people in audit commitee than the old one who cannot help Msports.

If the audit commitee can approve all these years Msports accounts yet people ignore them(sell until below 10 sen before they resigned) what is the fuss they resign?

Audit commitee in Msport is gaji buta M'sian so without them Msports can save their salary. Real auditor is RT LLP who has verified last year accounts. Just need more time to check expenditure and cash balance(new boss Paramjit become shareholder so more demanding).

If want dividend takeover from Ma Guoliang. He is the boss who are you to complain? Even richman Koon Yew Yin cannot say anything in Xinquan not giving dividend because he is not no 1 shareholder.

Among all China stocks listed here Msports is most interesting because no 1 shareholder(Lin Huozhi) over the past few years keep selling his shares until a new substantial shareholder(now is Paramjit Singh) join to fight over control. You don't see the fight among top 2 shareholders in other China counters here so issue of declaring dividend(from huge cashpile) in most China counters cannot be disputed because no one else own shares more than controlling shareholder.

PureBear I read all your postings and find you are really a bear like your ID. No stocks you ever like yet want to post here. Question I ask you in my previous post why cannot answer. I am asking why Taiwanese is not bearish as M'sian on Msports acctg issue. Is it are they nearer to China hence they see Msports factory before? M'sia is very far from China so everything in China is considered fake. Msports Taiwan even up 20 sen yesterday and some recovery in M'sia as well.

Still no news Paramjit/Erwin/Lim HuoZhi disposed today. If I were Paramjit Singh(no 2 shareholder) after auditor approved 2015 accounts(and cash balance is still there) I will buy more to takeover control from Lin. Lin may not see the need to give dividend but other people(now Paramjit) may need dividend for investing.

See whether today bursa announcement >5% shareholders got sell? Accounting delay(check cash, profit) could also be requested by Paramjit Singh a lawyer since he just become new substantial shareholder.

I just read CSL audited accounts. It was approved by RT LLP same auditor as Msports. So approving Msports cash balance is just matter of time. Perhaps auditor is taking time to check expenses(hence accounting delay) which cause Msports to report loss. If actual expenses is reduced Msports loss can be reduced or even turn to profit.

Who say I gone missing. I just posted here 2 days why never read? Taiwan still fetch TWD 2.4 meaning no panic there unlike in M'sia. I also don't read Lin/Paramjit/Erwin selling why should I? I can hold for many years. I don't post too often here because I own many counters.

That's why we human being are different from each other. Some people will think sell cheap is good but there are also others(eg Paramjit) buying cheap is preferable.

Paramjit Singh is a lawyer. Among all China stocks listed here only Msports has local investors bought heavily. Perhaps he think Msports too cheap to be ignored since Taiwanese value Msports highly?
