Yes its possible some stock after conversion, its total still cheaper than mother. This is call arbitraging. If u can buy the WA and immediately convert it and sell it, u gain a free profit. But is there such a big frog jumping around??? Normally this process take around weeks, so by the time it completes, will the mother share price still be higher than the total conversion of WA cost?? thats something to risk on.. erm acceptable premium i dunno coz im still low level hahahahaaa

10% of total number of shares is 0.3b.
10% discount of Rm1 is Rm0.90 which is the private placement price(bear in mind this is the maximum discount and it may be lower).
So [(0.3b x Rm0.90)+(3b x Rm1)/3.3b = Rm0.99 after dilution.. correct ma strategist??

DS the premium is stated adi ma.. for WA, the conversion to pay is Rm0.32 which means today closing is Rm0.195. To convert to mother share from WA, u need to pay a total cost of 0.32 + 0.19 = Rm0.51. This means u are paying a premium of Rm0.205 so its totally not worth it.
