i think what UncleZ is trying to mean for Scable is that some connections will make the company get awesome projects which will boost its share price.. i have checked the company and the past earning sucks lol.. its not a good company.. i doubt it would attract the foreign funds..

And since its canggih investors, they may be employing technique like how kcchongz analyse stocks meaning they have to choose stocks that has different correlation with index funds to cancel out the unsystematic risk.. So maybe they wont invest in same sector.. there is 5-8 stocks which they wanna invest, and we have total how many sectors?? hehehe
