Gov tender contribute 80% revenue to some of these MNC, if they wouldn't want to supply to the Pharmaiaga whom is appointed by gov as distributor, they can close shop in Malaysia while there are many co from China and India waiting to take their chance. MOH select the suppliers and pass to Pharmaniaga to distribute therefore these pharma co can ask direct pay from gov or factoring or LC.
