@welcome88 i m not emotion. you are. Yes, there might be patent medi, but there might not only one who supply the medi for same disease. Afterall, as you presume some MNC will take action, can you tell which co wish not continue biz with Pharma and would like to go direct to MOH on their own?

Gov tender contribute 80% revenue to some of these MNC, if they wouldn't want to supply to the Pharmaiaga whom is appointed by gov as distributor, they can close shop in Malaysia while there are many co from China and India waiting to take their chance. MOH select the suppliers and pass to Pharmaniaga to distribute therefore these pharma co can ask direct pay from gov or factoring or LC. What is the benefit if you sue your client to bankruptcy while she still paying you?
