On paper, Ekovest buys 23.43% of PLS from IWC's SASB. This was initially a dividend to IWC. Next, PLS buys Dulai part cash & part share of PLS. Therefore diluting Ekovest ownership in PLS. Price paid for PLS is much higher at 1.13 but offered to Eric is 0.75. A bit strange. Anyone can explain ?
