Those related to previous administration must leave, it us better all top management to leave too then presbhd can continue skin project... If new gov allow presbhd to continue then it mean that they encourage or agree with what previous administration have done.

actually 1 thing that I dont understand...why die-die must terminate SKIN and retender to others ? isnt that not cost effective (paying compensation and get back nothing) and time consuming (new vendor has to start from scratch) ?

I guess this will be the game. Presbhd definitely out skin if don't submit new tender.they all hv calculated that both side win win... Why? When skin officially award to new vendor then presbhd will drop to 0.10. After that some agency will sapu all share at 0.10. After that not need to pay compensation. Even pay it is just left hand pay to right pay. Just internal transfer fund only... That is the reason I am waiting price drop to 0.10..u guy judge yourself.... I cannot force u to you to believe me.
