Alamak. Who say takeover.?? Likely merge. 1 iwc share with 1 ekovest share.. Either iwc or ekovest delist after merger...

Two year ago they want to merge too but at that time rejected by share holder. It was because of iwc share price was 1.50 and ekovest price was below 1...the price difference is too wide so it didn't material.. This time is different, they need to push ekovest share price to be same level at iwc... I believe both iwc and ekovest share price will reach 1.50 and stay there for few weeks...

If price drop very low like below 0.35 will attract other competitors to aquire presbhd stake, delist or merge..

I am more interested on takeover by other pro PH gov company..
