IMHO, it's ideal for a developer to buy land - to develop , to generate $$$$$$. Land does not depreciate over time! But appreciates. Some more it's a biz, keladi knows well - property development.

I think, keladi has a better chance to move up. keladi gets lands worth RM192,369,465 - which is ideal for a property developer. Ready fixed assets to develop. Whereas GBH merely gets the cash, so that via RTO it can go to OnG biz ( not a biz they know well). U go figure, which has better prospect. And, keladi is still very affordable at 0.35. Just my 2 sens.
