Highly skilled accountant knows how to justify and window dress accounts by making 1 quarter profitable and delaying heavy losses to the other quarter. Suspect that's what happened to this company for the past few years to accomodate a series of corporate exercise. MSWG should consider going after this company.

Before share consolidation on 20:1 , Hubline traded between 0.5sen and 1sen. No chance to go below 0.5 sen. With consolidation, 8 sen now actually equals to 0.4sen (prior consolidated price). One of the director is highly skilled accounting and finance personnel and he knows what he is doing to get away with all the mess leaving the investors in bloodshed. Avoid this counter though I hope it will still recover, or will it?

One of the directors is quiting at RM0.08 cents, may be due to shareholders agreement. Billion Power may be committed to purchase at RM0.08. It gives a false impression of heavily volumen with solid buying rate. Based on the old trend, after each time a director unloaded their stocks, the counter experienced further downtrend.

No prob JN. Start unwinding partial shares of this counter to pare down my risk exposure. :) RM1.20 is a good price for me.

Termination of shares conso exercise is good but on the other hand this shows again how fickle minded the management is. That's a bit worrying.

Kudos to management of Dufu for making the company amongst the few listed companies with december year end in Bursa that issu company's audited accounts this early. That proves management's commitment to transparent and good corporate governance leaving little excuse to the existing shareholders to sell their shares now.

Shares consolidation announced. Management expect shares price will be less volatile after shares consolidation. Other companies split shares to make their share price more liquid and appealing to investors. This Dufu's plan works vice versa and its share price now may be a little bit less exciting in short-term. sigh...

At the 1st place, does HH hold any harbour shares at all? If he predicted this counter will drop substantially, he would not have hold on to the shares anymore.

HH mention of repco low, howtai, emico etc does prove that he is an old hand who has gone thru the worst of the Malaysian stock market history during the 90s. HH's financial loss must be so hurtful causing him to have no trust in any stocks. His negative comments are understandable.

They can delay launching of new development project due to weak market, but the price of the land still keep inflating.. And the gearing for this company is healthty, no issue.

Harbour substantial undevelopment land bank which was purchased directly from State Government is well below the current market value. Forget about the current share price of Harbour. Go for long term and investor will be well rewarded. This counter may not be ideal for short-term speculation. Like what HH say, the directors have no interest to stir the price which I agree. But, the directors are getting old...

I am a geniune investor and ve been with this counter for 10 years. I guess HH can guess my entry price. Ha ha. If this company can shrink to my entry price, the directors will have to take care of themselves and not me. HH, you are really fun and please continue to support this forum...

I agree that the directors of this counter do not have the strong will to support the share price of this counter. But I doubt they let it go to low. This counter is not a pure shipping company. Its core biz is actually logistic company that also provide marine and engineering services. They need shipping operations to streamline their logistic services.

Long awaited Baleh hydro project finally approved by Sarawak state cabinet. See whether Harbour will be awarded part of the logistic and engineering package as it previously claimed will contribute positively to its future earnings..

A Findland portfolio investor emerges as substantial shareholder. I guess the company must have a growth factor that attract foreign investor.

The managment must be positive about its continuous healthy cash flows in the near term so it can continue paying dividend and buying back shares

Shares buyback will start as soon as it is approved in the upcoming EGM. Results will be out soon within a few days. It all happen in the next few days. Coupled with the high volume, something is fishy...

No verdict. This counter isn't that bad with the ability to buy back own shares. But the share price is very volatile due to "play up" by certain quarters.. I don't see the need for buy back own shares for a small cap company if not for certain reason.. So, just wait and see..

Loss widen or reversed into loss? This company made profit for the past quarters!! But no doubt, this counter is highly speculative and no question over the existence of big shark..
