RM2 is newly incorporated co and it didnt mean much. A listed company normally sets up new company by way of acquisition from secretarial organisation. But who cares, bottom part is RM2.50 would soon be broken!! The company must be up to something!! Bonus issue?? or some big projects secured or realisation of development profit to be realised in the accounts soon?? Anybody guess..

AT, Hubline started restructuring since few years ago and this included paying millions of directors remuneration when they already knew the biz was going downhill. If I am not mistaken, one of director's remuneration was listed Top 10 in KLSE at that time. I was blinded, stayed positive and followed the co with faith until I dumped all shares to cut loss few mths ago but still keeping some worthless wa on hand as souvenir for my children. Ha Ha. Can we trust the management anymore?

For those who still hold Hubline shares, it is natural to hope that the share price will recover to reduce investment loss. Those who havent bought, stay away due to extreme uncertainty. Those who asked people to buy and buy to support the sinking ship is extremely n maliciously selfish.

Price drop too excessive? If excluding one off stock written off of RM4.2 m, the quarterly results would have been about RM4.0m profit. Current quarter revenue has improved by 14%. Opportunity to enter?

Those who sold off at higher price will not regret because they can buy back at RM0.02 a much cheaper price and make a profit rite?

Atarah. Forget about the annual report. Historical data not relevant any more. Significant write down of various assets expected in the coming quarterly result. Ironically EY can sign off this kind of accounts. But they are no longer auditors next fy, smart move.

Sapu 5 m shares beginning of the year on the expectation of oil &gas venture announcement some time in yr 2014 based on news in late 2013. With slump in oil price and disappointing latest result, it is all over. Dumped all the shares and cut loss. Wish all the participants here good luck. I totally agree with Agrimineral on the oil hedging. What is even worst, repairs & maintenance costs are high for old ships.

Net asset (NA) is 13 sen. Net Tangible Assets (NTA) excluding Goodwill and Deferred tax assets is only 9 sen. Provision for bad debts and impairment loss of assets not reflected can be substantial. For those who know accounting, you know what I am talking about. For investors, there is no fundamental for this counter and strongly advised not to rely on NTA or NA.. For speculators, there is still hope for goreng sentiment as the directors are still waiting to cash out.

I think this co has problems since the beginning of econimic crisis few yrs back. Management knows how to play with publicity (high trading volume, turnaround plan), accounts window dressing, delayed annoucment of director's shares disposal to aviod sharp drop in share price so the directors can jump ship first. Hopefully, this is only my guess and the co will survive.
