As long Fintec can deliver good quarters every cycle, keeping the price higher than NTA, it's considered good.

If only PUC are able to repeat the same record in the past.

Back to January 2017, at that time I bought PUC La at 4 sen while PUC was at 8 sen...I bought PUC La because it paid 4% interest annually..As you may be aware that 2La or 1 La + 5 sen can be converted to 1 PUC share

When PUC share price hit a high of 35.5 sen in late December 2017..But Puc La was traded at around 24 to 27 sen with discount of 3 to 4 sen, so I converted all La with another 5 sen cash and sold all of them as PUC mother share at 32 sen...You may check PUC annual report (2016), I was among the top 30 PUC La holders , No 26 was me

After that I was not holding any PUC shares until lately...
